SAA Responsibilities

Collect Votes:
- Collect votes for Prepared Speech, Table Topics, and Evaluation after each session.
- Submit tallied results to the President or designated officer.

Maintain Order:
- Ensure smooth transitions between segments.
- Monitor noise levels and assist guests if needed.

Assist with Setup:
- Help the Timer and ensure visibility of timing signals.

Post-Meeting Cleanup:
- Tidy up the room and store materials properly.
