SAA Responsibilities 

  1. Collect Votes:

    • Collect votes for Prepared Speech, Table Topics, and Evaluation after each session.
    • Submit tallied results to the President or designated officer.
  2. Maintain Order:

    • Ensure smooth transitions between segments.
    • Monitor noise levels and assist guests if needed.
  3. Assist with Setup:

    • Help the Timer and ensure visibility of timing signals.
  4. Post-Meeting Cleanup:

    • Tidy up the room and store materials properly.
