Introduction
The Table Topics Master is an essential role in Gavels or Toastmasters meetings, responsible for facilitating the impromptu speaking segment known as Table Topics. The purpose of this session is to help members and guests improve their ability to think and speak on their feet.

Prepare Topics:
Select interesting, thought-provoking, or fun topics that encourage diverse responses. Topics can range from current events to personal reflections. -
Explain the Rules:
Clearly outline the time limits and expectations for participants. - Minimum 1 min and maximum 2 min 30 secs to qualify 1 min - green 1 : 30 - amber 2 min - red ( + 30 secs grace period) Encourage Participation:
Ensure that both experienced members and guests have an opportunity to participate, making everyone feel included.-
Provide Feedback (Optional):
While not mandatory, the Table Topics Master may offer brief, encouraging comments after each speaker’s response.
